How we price audit and assessment engagements
Fees reflect fieldwork weeks, sample breadth, and whether testing is on-site. Most work is quote-based after a short scoping call; the figures below are starting points, not packages sold as subscriptions.

Estimate factors
- Number of products and settlement corridors in scope
- Quality of existing reconciliation packs and policy version control
- On-site days in Taoyuan or Taipei versus remote testing
- Language needs for board materials (English primary; Mandarin briefing optional)
- Rush timelines inside four weeks of kickoff
Deposits and billing
We invoice forty percent on engagement-letter signature and the balance on draft report delivery. Travel within the Taoyuan–Taipei corridor is included for standard fieldwork days; overnight stays and flights are billed at cost when required.
